C.R.P. (PD) No.3231 of 2017 C.R.P. (PD) NO.3231 of 2017 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 07.01.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.630 of 2012 within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned by way of letter V Addl. District Judge, Coimbatore, dated 17.10.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
