Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for committing the contempt of this Court's order dated 20.10.2022 in Crl.R./C.No.984 of 2018 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 20.10.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.984 of 2018, thereby restraining the respondents from indulging in any hindrance in the peaceful right of residence of the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, by an order dated 10.04.2024, the petitioners were settled with properties vide Settlement Deeds dated 23.04.2024, registered vide document Nos.1344 & 1345 of 2024. He also produced the copy of the Settlement Deeds, before this Court.
