In view of the interim stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.404 of 2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing this Contempt Petition for the present. He seeks liberty for the petitioner to revive the contempt petition in case the petitioner succeeds in the Writ Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition in case the petitioner succeeds in W.A. No.404 of 2024.
