This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26740 of 2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
