The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are typographical errors in the order dated 20.02.2025 made in A.S.No.544 of 2022, hence, seeks this Court for rectification.

2. Since, it is a typographical error, paragraph 18 of the order dated 20.02.2025 be read as follows:

"18.In the result, this appeal is partly allowed and the appellant/defendant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the respondent/plaintiff along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of agreement till the date of realisation and the judgment and decree of the trial Court in O.S.No.182 of 2021 dated 22.08.2022 is set aside. It is made clear that till the amount is realized, there shall be a charge over the suit property.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

There shall be no Order as to costs.

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above corrections and issue afresh order copies.
