Heard Mr. S.Doraisamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner; Mr. U.Baranidaran, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. J.C.Durairaj, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to sanction a loan of Rs.1,48,500/- to the Petitioner under the 'Kisan Credit Card' scheme for doing agriculture in her land situated in S.Nos. 21/2 and 21/3, Vallipattu Village, Vaniyampadi Taluk to the total extent of 2.58 acres as per application dated 21.08.2023 and followed by her representation dated 15.09.2023.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the said amount has been sanctioned and disbursed on 17.10.2023. The said statement is recorded. He has also filed a memo dated 18.10.2023 to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
