No.M.T9/047397/2019 dated: 21.10.2019 issued by the respondent and quash the same by issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus and consequently direct the respondent to float a fresh tender by modifying the pre-qualifying criteria as stipulated in Clause 2 by considering the grievances of the petitioner as contained in the affidavit.
