ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Worksite inspection certificate as per clause - 7 of the Notification, Contractor Performance Certificate as per Annexure - B so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the Tender notice No.18/2024-2025/SDO/dated 04.09.2024, and another Tender Notice No.19/2024-2025/SDO/dated 05.09.2024 by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 01.10.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Worksite inspection certificate as per clause 7 of the Notification and Contractor Performance Certificate as per Annexure - B will be issued today (i.e.,04.10.2024) in favour of the petitioner by the second respondent enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.
