Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband Prabhudeva @ Prabhu Son of Arogyadass, male, aged about 28 years is presently lodged in Central Prison, Puzhal at Chennai has been detained under Act 14/82 as a Goonda vide detention order dated 22.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent herein, made in BCDFGISSSV No.61/2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the said detenu before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty from the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, namely, Prabhudeva @ Prabhu S/o. Arogyadass, aged 28 years, who has been branded as a "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.61/2019 dated 22.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 22.09.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4884, dated 29.11.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
