ORDER
The petitioner claiming as a bonafide purchaser from the accused is before this Court to stay the auction proceedings passed by the TNPID Court in O.A.No.14 of 2011.
2. This Court finds no merit in this writ petition for the High Court to interfere by exercising the writ jurisdiction. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved in any manner, he has to approach the TNPID Court, which has proceeded with the auction of the property for recovery and pay to the depositors.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 24.10.2024 Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no ari 2/4
