This petition has been filed to transfer the C.C.No.263 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to any other Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for Government (Criminal Side), on instructions submitted that the C.C.No.263 of 2016 has been renumbered as C.C.No.364 of 2020 and transferred to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur, to dispose of the C.C.No.364 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible.
