ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conferencing) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the fourth respondent, in view of the representation dated 26.08.2017 given to the 1st respondent to give protection to the petitioner in respect of the property at No:44 bearing Survey No: 282/2CK (Part) and survey No: 282/2ACK, Part-I, T.S.No.60-I extending Sq. Ft. in Mitnamelli Village belonging to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is of civil in nature and the respondent police cannot give police protection in a case of this nature. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Police protection cannot be granted by this Court.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
