This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in Crime No.913 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, M2, Madavaram Milk Colony Police Station, Madavaram, Thiruvallur District and to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and filed a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, on 13.10.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
