General Manager (DZH-CHMZ) & Disciplinary Authority dated 21.08.2017 Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office (TN & KL Zone) New No.41, 3rd floor, West Luz Church Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 4, quash the same as non-est in the eye of law and consequenlty direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner in to service as Branch Manager in any one of the respondent's Bank Branch with continuity of service from the date of order of suspension of 25.11.2014 with full pay and allowance together with attendant, service and monetary benefits, within a time frame that may be stipulate by this Court and pass such further order.
