ORDER

(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) After some arguments, Mr. A.R. Karunakaran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner company, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner company to send a representation afresh, giving survey number and the classification of land in which the writ petitioner company is alleging encroachment. To be noted, this course was adopted as neither the representation dated 20.06.2025 nor the prayer in the captioned WP mentions the survey number, much less the classification of the land in which encroachment is alleged. Scanned reproduction of the endorsement made by Mr. G. Prithiviraj, learned counsel on record, in the case file, is as follows:
