Today, i.e.11.12.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both sides represented that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and that they have entered into a Memorandum of Compromise.

2. Both the parties are present and they have also admitted the Memorandum of Compromise. The petitioner has admitted the receipt of a total amount of Rs.45,00,000/-. Out of the said amount, a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- was received on 21.07.2025 and a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- was received on 29.10.2025.

3. In view of the above, the Memorandum of Compromise is recorded. This Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
