This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 196 days in paying the deficit Court fee for a sum of Rs.6,000/- in C.M.A.SR.No.19930 of 2022 against M.C.O.P.No.782 of 2017 on the file of Special Motor Accident Compensation Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Judge, Thiruvannamalai.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.20662 of 2022 is ordered.
