This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10016 of 2023 to report before the Court i.e., Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, daily at 10.30 a.m., till committal and thereafter, appear before the concerned Sessions Court, daily at 10.30 a.m., till the charges are framed and thereafter, appear during the Court hearing dates.
