This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19857 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24798 of 2022 dated 02.01.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
