ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending in C.C.No. 10025 of 2017, on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the trial in C.C.No.10025 of 2017, on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, has been concluded on 29.04.2025, and the petitioners have been found guilty.

3.Recording the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to close this petition as nothing survives for further adjudication.
