Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Mp.No.7503/2019 in Crl.RC.No.13/2019 dated 17/06/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court, on the petitioner that he should appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No 753 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.13 of 2019, dated 17.06.2019.

Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration and submission, the condition is modified to appear before the Trial Court once in two months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
