2. Mrs.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondentInsurance Company and she has no objection in allowing this petition.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the fact that the learned counsel for 2nd respondent-Insurance Company, has no objection for allowing this petition, the delay of 10 days is condoned.
4. CMP No.20563 of 2022 is ordered, accordingly.
5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mrs.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause list, at the time of admission.
