ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.03.2021 passed in Crl.OP No.5516 of 2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation and a referred charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, on 27.07.2019. The RCS notice in R.C.S.No.7/2019 was also sent to the petitioner through Registered post on 01.12.2023.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the RCS filed by the respondent police, the petitioner can workout his remedy by filing a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
