This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1100 days in paying deficit court fee.

2. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post for admission.

4. It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 1100 days.
