This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the 2nd respondent's department for survey/ measuring the properties in S.F.Nos.141, 145/2, 142/3A, 528, 26, 27 at Kaveripattinam -1 Village, Kaveripattinam -2 Village and Errahalli-1 Village respectively by considering the 2nd respondent communication in Na.Ka.No.155/2023/A3 dated 02.02.2023 and 01.09.2023 respectively and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, submitted that request from the Tahsildar to give protection received. He further submitted that, this request will be considered and adequate protection will be given when the surveyor go for measuring the land.

3. In view of the above undertaking, nothing survives in this petition.

4.Accordingly this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
