This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from laying road in the petitioner's land situated in S.Nos.106/2B, 109/1A2 and 109/1A3, Pudupattu Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District without acquire the land. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Considering the limited prayer sough for in the writ petition, the respondents are restrained from laying any road in the petitioner's land, without due process of law.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
