O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.2345 of 2020 dated 19.09.2023. 2.During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Driver in the Tamilnadu Agricultural University, the second respondent herein vide proceedings dated 03.12.2024 on contractual basis. He further submits that the appointment order was issued without prejudice to the Writ Appeal filed by them.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, would submit that consequent to the appointment order dated 03.12.2024, issued by the University, the petitioner was joined into service. 4.In view of the above factual position, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.
