Venkatesh ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his office Ref.Na.Ka.1330/2020/P3 dated 06.07.2020 and restore the name of the Petitioner's father namely Chinnapillappa in the revenue records such as patta, chitta, and 'A' Registrar with respect to the lands measuring 0.35.0 hectares in S.No.51/1B, 0.14.5
Hectares in S.No.51-3B1B1 and 0.55 hectares in S.No.56/2, Peddakullu Village, Kelavarapalli Taraff, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by deleting the names Gowramma and Venkatesh.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.09.2020 to implement the order passed by the second respondent in his office Ref.Na.Ka.1330/2020/P3 dated 06.07.2020 and restore the name of the petitioner's father viz., Chinnapillappa in the revenue records such as patta, chitta and 'A' Register with respect to the lands measuring 0.35.0 hectares in S.No.51/1B, 0.14.5 hectares in S.No.51-3B1B1 and 0.55 hectares in S.No.56/2, Peddakullu Village, Kelavarapalli Taraff, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by deleting the names Gowramma and Venkatesh. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020 will be disposed of by the third respondent.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020, after serving due notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 to 8 and aggrieved parties if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
