By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Though in the writ petition the proceedings of the respondent in No.1697/A1/03, dated 26.06.2003, is put to challenge, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the deficit stamp duty claimed would be paid, as sought for by the first respondent and on such payment, the document will be registered.
3. For the said submission, there cannot be any objection on the part of the first respondent, as the petitioner is willing to comply with the order under challenge. In such view of the matter, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
writ petition stands disposed of, by directing respondents 1 and 2 to release the document in question, upon compliance of the deficit stamp duty, being paid, apart from the other charges, as per the revised proceedings. It is made clear that this order is being passed without prejudice to the incidental proceedings, if any. No costs. Consequently, the connected WPMPs are closed.
