This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23302 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under TNPID Act, Chennai, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
