This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25037 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
