Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in proceeding No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No. 7552/CiPa3/2009 dated 20.09.2019 and consequently proceedings of the 3rd respondent passed order vide Se.Mu.Aanai.No.184/A1/2019 dated 27.09.2019 and quash the same and to direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential and attendant benefits including continuity of service, seniority, promotion, backwages etc., to expunge the adverse remarks in the annual confident reports of the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in proceeding No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.7552/CiPa3/2009 dated 20.09.2019 and consequently proceedings of the 3rd respondent passed order vide Se.Mu.Aanai.No.184/A1/2019 dated 27.09.2019 and quash the same and to direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential and attendant benefits including continuity of service, seniority, promotion, backwages etc., to expunge the adverse remarks in the annual confident reports of the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has made the following endorsement to that effect:- "Kindly permit to withdraw the writ petition."
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
