The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022 and to direct the second respondent to issue patta o the petitioner in Plot No.9 Survey No.84/2, New Survey No.84/2A1A1A, Nadukuthagai, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District in view of the petitioner's application dated 28.09.2022 and representation dated 07.11.2022 and pass orders. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the subject property and made an application for obtaining patta. However till date the said application was kept in abeyance. Hence the petitioner gave a representation on 07.11.2022. to the second respondent. However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2022 and pass orders

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 07.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as counter parties if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
