This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.98 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 on the file of learned District Munsif, Polur.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that he has applied for the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order before the court below and the non-filing of original order is neither wilful nor wanton. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered.
