The petition has been filed to relax the condition that he has to report before the respondent police, from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months, imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No. 18629 of 2024 by order dated 02.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
