PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order dated 16.07.2018 passed by the second respondent in A.P.No.461 of 2011 and to quash the same. For Petitioner :

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, on behalf of the parties, a joint memo of compromise was filed. The contents of the memo are recorded hereunder;

"The writ petitioner agrees to settle and the first respondent/Workman agrees to get settlement or service/terminal benefits in terms of following decisions made in the 209th Board Meeting Held on 19.07.2021 as, a)Date of removal be treated compulsory retirement.

b)Settlement amount will be paid on seniority basis on th mouth of award.

c)Eligible Pension may be paid from the date of award.

2.Both the parties agree for disposal of the above Writ Petition in terms of joint memo.

3.The Management agrees to settle all the benefits within a period of 12 weeks."

2.In view of the compromise being arrived at between the parties, the Writ Petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
