The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, pursuant to the interim directions issued by this Court, provisional release has been granted to the petitioner and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

2. After recording the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
