ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the tax case.

2. Counsel for respondent states that they have no objection and the Court may condone the delay, keeping open respondent's rights and contentions.

3. Therefore, keeping open the rights and contentions of respondent and in view of the explanation given in the affidavit, the delay is condoned. Application is disposed of.
