O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the application CMP.No.2024 of 2017 within stipulated time. It is seen that the petition was filed on 19.12.2016 and thereafter there is no much progress in the proceedings. This aspect is not in dispute.

2.The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that there have been several suppression of facts. In my view, if the intervenor is granted liberty to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, the ends of justice would be secured. 3.In the light of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Gobichettipalayam to complete the proceedings in CMP.No.2024 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
