This petition has been filed to modify the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.23117 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 in Para No.6(a) that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl.

Side] and as the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
