The suit is filed by the Plaintiff for directing the Defendants to jointly and severally pay the Plaintiffs a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- and for costs of the suit. P.D.AUDIKESAVALU, J.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the matter has been settled out of the Court between the parties and seeks to withdraw the suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the dismissal of the suit as withdrawn, the interim order granted in O.A. No. 734 of 2017 stands vacated, and the application is closed.

4. Recording the same, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The Plaintiff shall be entitled to a Certificate for the refund of eligible amount of court-fee in accordance with law. No costs. 03.10.2018
