ORDER
Challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is made against the orders dated 21.07.2017 passed in I.A. No.836 of 2016 in O.S. No.62 of 2011 by the learned Additional District Munsif, Tirupattur, Vellore District.
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit itself is disposed of on 09.04.2019 and, as such, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby recorded. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
