Learned counsel for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application.

2. This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 19.03.2014 passed in Application No.2980 of 2013. Since the claim of the respondent has been fully settled by the applicant, this application has been filed to raise the order of attachment referred to supra.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits on instructions that the claim of the respondent has been fully settled by the applicant. Since the claim of the respondent has been fully settled, this application has to be allowed as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 19.03.2014 passed in Application No.2980 of 2013.

4. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Sub Registrar's Office at Melapalayam, to enable the said Sub Registrar's Office to effect this order in their records. 2/4

5. The applicant is also permitted to communicate this order to the concerned Sub Registrar's Office to remove the encumbrance from the records of the registration department.
