This writ petition has been listed under the caption "For Clarification".
2. Since the petitioner has completed the P.G. Course in Medicine in May 2020, the bond period was over by May 2022. Therefore, there could be no further impediment for the respondents to give back the certificates of the petitioner. However, since it has been mentioned in the order dated 23.11.2022 as if the petitioner has completed the Course in May 2022, his bond period would be lasting till May 2024, accordingly in paragraph 12 of the order dated 23.12.2022 certain directions have been given.
3. Since those directions are meant only for those students, whose bond period still existing and not for the students, who have completed the course and their bond period also already over before the date of passing the order and therefore, in order to rectify the same, the following orders are passed:
"11. Various situations, depending upon the bond period, whether it is over or yet to be over were taken into account and 1/3
accordingly a set of directions were given in the said batch of cases. However, insofar as this writ petitioner petition is concerned, admittedly the bond period over. Therefore, as rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, clause (iii) of the said order cited supra would be squarely applicable to the facts of the present writ petition.
12. Accordingly, this Court feels that this writ petition also can be disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with the following order.
"Since the bond period is over, within the bond period no regular duty has been given or posting or appointments are given, the petitioner in this writ petition is free to get their certificates and the certificates belong to her shall be returned back by the respondents without any further conditions."
4. In view of the above, the order dated 23.11.2022 in respect of paragraphs 11 & 12 shall be read as stated above. 06.12.2022 mp Note: Registry is hereby directed to issue a corrected order copy to the parties.
