ORDER

When the matter came up before this Court on 06.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.11.2023 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today (10.11.2023), there is no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. In case any restoration petition is filed by the petitioners, the petitioners shall pay cost of Rupees One Lakh to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund and unless they pay the cost, Registry shall not entertain the restoration petition.
