These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 39 days in filing this petition to set aside the abatement due to the death of Basuvappan alias H.Basuvaraj, the sole respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 1 to 6 herein, who are the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent, as respondents 2 to 7, in S.A. No.929/2019, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
