This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 19.08.2022 before the first respondent police, but, so far no action has been taken on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.173 of 2022 and the same has been closed on 29.08.2022.
