These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 441 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.Nos.132831, 132830, 132832, 132829, 132828, 132827 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, the learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the sole respondent in all the above C.M.A's.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in all the above C.M.A's at the time of admission.

5. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and these petitions are allowed.
