Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 15.05.2024.
