The writ petition is filed seeking issue of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from disconnecting the electricity service connection granted to the Well situated in S.F.No. 82/1, Chinna Negamam, Pollachi Taluk , Coimbatore district till the passing of order by the 1st respondent pursuant to issuance of his notice dated 02.09.2022.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that pursuant to the notice dated 02.09.2022, the 1st respondent passed an order on 14.11.2022 in Na.Ka.No.4363/2021/A2.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
